About This Project
Figueroa Orthodontics recently opened their third location on the first floor of a vintage building located in the quaint, north shore community of Winnetka. In an effort to reflect the Doctors interest in design, and commitment to keeping abreast of the latest in dental technology, Apex Design Build developed a fresh, loft like design. The renovated interior features an open ceiling, complete with exposed ductwork, which accentuates the height of the space, and highlights the original tin ceilings. The interplay of light and dark surfaces add contrast and visual interest throughout 2600 square foot interior. Warm wood plank Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring adds warmth, while large storefront windows allow natural light to flood into the space. The completed interior is warm, inviting, cheerful and professional, perfectly reflecting the personalities of the Doctors who practice there.
